With more than a decade in the Commercial Real Estate field, ATR is a just a bit different from the others. We are focused on three main areas:

We specialize in the purchase of income producing properties, as well as value added property for redevelopment. Our experience specifically includes the handling of difficult properties requiring creativity, imagination and vision, whether the problem is tenant mix, leasing, layout or that unique situation.

When it comes to Asset Management, you’ll find the same mix of skills and caring that we put into properties that we own. Our hands-on approach means maximized rents and revenue, and tightly controlled expenses – a combination which gets the most out of each project.

Most of our properties are in Texas, including the Austin area, San Antonio, Lubbock, plus Dallas and its suburbs. Additionally, we are now expanding into other southern regions, including our latest project in Nashville, Tennessee.
