Tony Ruggeri

President

Founder and President, Tony Ruggeri, oversees all aspects of ATR, including the Property Management Group, Asset Management and Site and Property Selection. He is also responsible for project financing, purchase and sale of properties and oversight of major decisions for the firm.

A New Jersey native, Tony has been an entrepreneur for virtually his entire career, with real estate comprising a continuing and major part of his portfolio. Working initially in the high tech field, he liaisoned between manufacturers and retailers where he gained insights into both retail opportunities and the concerns of retailers. He was national Rep of the Year with several national firms, and served on Advisory Councils developing national marketing and sales programs for such firms as Intel, Samsung, Broderbund and many others. He purchased his first retail center in the 1990's and thereafter concentrated his efforts on this striking growth center for both ATR and outside investors. These initial acquisitions, combined with Tony's passion for excellence and attention to detail, became the base for ATR's Investment, Property Management and Asset Management divisions.

Tony attended Princeton University, where he was a 4-year member of the varsity track team, and where he graduated with his Bachelors degree in History. He is President of the St. Vincent DePaul Society of St. Rita's Catholic Church.

Tony continues to be an avid sportsman, playing golf, tennis, soccer and basketball, with added forays into scuba diving and skiing. He currently resides in Dallas, Texas, with Carol, his wife of 29 years. They have two grown children, Tony and Katie.
