Anthony T. (Tony) Ruggeri entered the commercial real estate market in 1997 after a successful business career in the high technology and consumer electronic industries. Between 1997 and 2009, he has developed, owned and managed over 1.5 million square feet of commercial real estate property in Texas and Tennessee valued in excess of $200 million. Ruggeri's holdings include retail power and community grocery anchored centers, mixed-use, and medical office projects. In 1999, Mr. Ruggeri transitioned ATR & Associates, Inc., which was formed in 1981 as a holding company, into a real estate management and investment company. Along the way, Ruggeri's projects have earned national and local awards and recognition from the commercial real estate industry, business publications and community organizations including the Urban Land Institute, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and the City of Nashville, TN.

Mr. Ruggeri graduated from Princeton University in 1976. He joined the National Marketing Department of US Pioneer Electronics directly after graduation. He went on to enjoy a successful career in the consumer electronics and computer industry over the next 20 years. Mr. Ruggeri founded Vanguard Sales, Inc. in 1982. Vanguard was a marketing and sales company representing major consumer electronics and computer companies such as Intel, Samsung, and Sanyo among others. In 1986, HiTex Sales, Inc. was formed to service the specialized vertical integration market in the OEM computer industry working with Dell Computer, Compaq Computer, and Tandy Corporation. Mr. Ruggeri sold both companies in 1995. He continued to act as a consultant for computer industry, ski industry, and video production clients for the next three years.

Mr. Ruggeri served on the Retail Advisory Councils for Intel Corporation, PCEO Division, Imagic Inc., Sanyo Electronics, Video Seven, and several software companies to assist in the development of programs to capitalize on the expanding retail market for computer and electronics products. He was Chairman for the Scott Murray Tennis Tournament benefitting the American Cancer Society and Co-Chairman for the St. Marks School of Texas Annual Gala. Mr. Ruggeri is currently the President of the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul at St. Ritas Catholic Church.
