Laura Steeger

Commercial Property Manager

A member of the ATR team since 2005, Commercial Property Manager Laura Steeger is responsible for over 1.1 million square feet of retail space in the ATR portfolio. Along with her most visible roles of tenant support and communication, Laura's duties include oversight and coordination of all maintenance and tenant improvements for her centers, as well as supervision of all financial functions. She is a key member of ATR's Property Acquisition team, playing a vital role in working with property owners during the acquisition process.

Originally from Little Rock Arkansas, Laura has worked throughout the Midwest and Midsouth regions as well as Texas. Most recently, prior to joining ATR, she held the position of Real Estate Coordinator for Terminix International.

Laura currently resides in Dallas, Texas with her 5 year old son, Maddock.
